Initially, the focus was on Executive Search which has remained an important pillar of the Dutch organisation until today. In 2004 Hans Jonkers established Kienbaum Netherlands, located in Amsterdam. Later, both Assessment and Executive Search services were offered to the Dutch market through partnerships with Berenschot. Kienbaum has been active in the Dutch market as early as the late sixties, initially this was done by German consultants doing some Assessment projects in the Netherlands.
